Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our warehouse in Quebec, Canada.

Orders ship within 24-48 business hours. Any orders placed between Friday 8AM and Monday 8AM will only be processed on that following Monday. 
You will receive an email with a tracking # as soon as your package is shipped.

Holidays may affect the processing and delivery time.

Your shipping charge may vary depending on the weight of your package.

SHIPPING TO REMOTE AREAS

Standard free shipping is not applicable to orders shipping to areas that contain a "0" in the first 3 characters of the postal code. 

If you still want to place an order from our website, please provide an alternate shipping address or contact us for alternate shipping method.

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS:

ThorneMX is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider and we do not assume any liability for lost or damaged packages.
